The Revolution

We are democratising the electricity market, enabling grid stability and strengthening regional energy self-sufficiency through battery storage solutions “Made in Germany”. We operate state-of-the-art, decentralized and CO2-neutral electricity storage systems and power generators in order to stabilize the power grids in line with the goal of the energy transition by making electricity from renewable sources available to the market intelligently and profitably when needed, supplemented by our own battery assembly, our own software solution and a sales area.

Our business model focuses on stabilizing the electricity market and securing the energy transition by setting up and operating decentralized energy generation and energy storage systems.

We specialize in assembly, digitalization, and sales, targeting large consumers, grid operators, industrial customers with peak load demand, municipal utilities, commercial enterprises with self-consumption from PV generators, companies with high energy requirements, and municipalities with energy self-sufficiency targets.

Close to the Source

Our headquarters are planned to be in NRW, with our first locations strategically situated in Germany, close to renewable energy sources such as solar and wind farms, and alternative areas with feed-in close to the EEG.

Foundation, land acquisition

Foundation, land acquisition, 5MW container pilot plant, funding applications, and first grid marketing.
2026

Construction

Construction of assembly hall, creation of 7 new workplaces, launch of battery product line (commercial), and expansion of the pilot plant by an additional 10MW in two steps: 5MW (Q2) + 5MW (Q3).
2027

Scaling up

Scaling up to 25MW containers in two steps: 5MW (Q2) + 5MW (Q3), sales in the DACH region, and expansion to 20+ employees.
